August Birthday Smash

listening to the college airwaves that pass through campus this breezy afternoon.

this week i have been a birthday smashing, interview queen, & application machine. 

emily, grace, ben, and the twins all celebrated birthdays last weekend & i drank carbonated beverages to prove my enthusiasm for my august/ july born friends. this sunday is the ben-ian-kenda birthday lunch and then i think i am done with bdays for a week or so. to all those fabulous august babies: happy birthday! 

i have also been quite busy this week gathering, completing, and submitting applications to ten occupational therapy grad schools. whew!- between the letters of recommendations and those darned gre scores it has been a lot of printing, faxing, penmanship, and web searching. since i am taking a year off between undergrad and graduate i have been job hunting. i had two interviews yesterday and am now eagerly awaiting the callback! ok- sorry that read more like a memo than a random thoughts journal page but some of you have expressed interest in what my plans have been since i graduated. there they are for now.
