Jumping Bean

i spent last week with visits from ben and candace. candace came for a night and ended up staying for the rest of the week. she was accompanied with her two darlings. we watched movies, plotted novel writing ideas, and went to the gym so we could practice our acting by reading aloud the closed captions on the mounted televisions and bounce on balls for an hour or so. "you girls were bouncing up a storm!" one fitness enthusiast told us upon our departure. perhaps we should have been more embarassed than we really were. this weekend i was a jungle gym for teo and hung out with his "jumping bean" uncle ben. ben & i attended a wedding and then took a long refreshing evening walk in the rain. there are no planned visits for this week and no days off/ half days. it is time to get down to work: scribble scribble scribble.
