Some days I love the fact that I can concur on something simple with a perfect stranger. Like my patient's mother in regards to whether a little storm of flurries constitutes as actual snow. (It does not, by the way). I adore the simplicity and the tiny bond that forms in these moments.

I think it depends . . . if it is the first sign of snow I always count any flurries. Later in the winter I get more picky about my definition. Ah, how I love winter!
